Best Image Sizes for Facbook Timeline Photo Posts

Are you tired of your Facebook image posts getting cut-off and off-center on your Facebook timeline posts.  Well you can now relax because here is the fix for the messed up photo displays.

Prior to posting the image to your the Facebook home page, and prior to posting on your timeline, you need may need to crop the photo in order for the entire pic to be visible (and not cut-off or partial-ized).  Try the following image sizes for yout images   (in pixels):
 ■ Facebook Profile Cover Photo: 851 wide x 315 tall
 ■ Profile Picture Size: 160 wide x 160 tall (or up to 180 x 180 to upload)
 ■ Facebook Timeline Image Post: 480 wide x 380 tall

In order to edit your photo you will need an image editing software program.

Some popular image editors are: Adobe Photoshop, Gimp, Microsoft Paint, Pixlr, Splashup, Inkscape, Seashore, Pixia, Photo Pos Pro, Picasa, and Photo Plus.

How to Stop Ebay Special Offers and Promotions Email Messages

If you use Ebay you have probably gotten those "special offer: messages in your Ebay inbox.
Usually the offer is for some type of promotion where you can "pay later" on purchases, or some other type of offer.  The answer in in your account "communication preferences".

Ebay users have reported receiving these messages from Ebay several times a week and sometimes even on a daily basis.  There is a way to stop getting these annoying  and frequesnt contacts from Ebay.

Here's how:

1. First go to your MyEbay home screen
2. Hover over your nsme in the far upper left hand corner of your screen.
3. Click on "account settings".
4. Look in the left hand column for "communication preferences", now click it.
5. Now scroll all the way to the bottom - the very last column called "Promotions and Surveys" and expand it by clicking on the link that says Show.

6. Now uncheck all the boxes that have a check in them.  The mosy important one to uncheck is the one called "General email promotions".

 "Send me emails about what's new and hot on eBay, great deals, special events, discount coupons and other special offers."

How to Enable AutoComplete so Internet Explorer Saves Passwords and Data

This information should work for users of Internet Explorer 7 and Windows Internet Explorer 8.
You can use AutoComplete to save/store passwords, user names, etc that you type into web form field boxes. 

When you turn on AutoComplete, Internet Explorer will automatically fill in the fields that you had previously typed into web forms frequently, like your name and address.
When Internet Explorer starts, AutoComplete is turned off. To turn it on or off, follow these steps:

1 - Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Internet Explorer.
2 - Click the Tools then click Internet Options.
3 - Click the Content tab.
4 - In AutoComplete, click Settings.
5 - Select or clear the Web addresses, Forms, User names and passwords on forms, and Prompt me to save passwords check boxes.
6 - Click OK then click OK again.
